Are there any discounts for military personnel?
We treat everyone with the utmost respect. The cost of our products has already been optimized as much as possible, taking into account that the majority of our customers are members of the military. We deliberately do not include marketing markups in order to make protective gear affordable for those who need it most.
Do you provide receipts or other proof of purchase?
Yes, we operate legally and provide a full set of supporting documents. After payment, you will receive a fiscal receipt, an invoice, and a delivery note on the day your order is shipped. Upon request, we can also issue an invoice for payment.
Can changes be made to the clothing design—can anything be added or removed?
Yes, we offer a custom tailoring service.
We can tailor any item from our collection to fit a person’s individual measurements. This option is free of charge—no additional fees apply, except for sizes 56 and up.
Additionally, upon your request, we can make modifications to the design: remove or add specific elements (such as knee pads, pockets, Velcro fasteners, or other details). All such adjustments are discussed individually and made to order.
The turnaround time for custom orders is also determined on a case-by-case basis.
Are small and large sizes available?
Yes, we offer a wide range of sizes according to our size chart—from the smallest to the largest. If you can’t find the size you need, you can take advantage of our free custom tailoring service. We’ll make the item exactly to your measurements so that it fits perfectly and performs its function 100%.
Can I exchange or return the item?
Yes, exchanges or returns are possible in accordance with current legislation within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided that the item has not been used and all tags, packaging, and original condition have been preserved. If something doesn’t suit you, please let us know. We’re always ready to help and won’t leave you to deal with the problem on your own. Your comfort is our priority.
Please note: Exchanges and returns are not available for custom-made items (tailored to your measurements or with personal alterations). However, if any issues arise, we will definitely find a solution and do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.
How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, please contact us via your preferred method (phone, messaging app, or email). Our representative will provide you with instructions on how to take measurements and will coordinate all the details of your order.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days, but this is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
